Ten Most Valuable Lessons

1. Don't Play in the Road- This is a valuable lesson to me because when I was a little kid I almost got hit by a car and it scared me really bad so I no longer played in the road.
2. Don't Throw Rocks- I learned not to throw rocks by accidentally breaking a window in my neighbors house and getting in trouble and having to work to pay off  the window I broke.
3. Don't Play With Fire- I learned not to play with fire by getting burnt and falling into a campfire while I was running around the fire with some friends.
4. Manners- Manners is one of the most valuable lessons that I learned as a little kid because without manners I would be a rude person and not even know it and therefore probably wouldn't have very many friends.
5. Being Prepared While Driving- I was taught to always assume that something could go wrong at any second while driving and I am glad that I was because yesterday I was driving into town and as I came over a hill a cop was backing out into the road and I would have hit him if I had not been paying attention to the road while I was driving.
6. Learning to Walk- This is a valuable lesson to me because without being able to walk I would have to crawl everywhere and I would never go anywhere in life because I could never get a job if I had to crawl around everywhere.
7. Proper English- This is valuable to me because without proper English I would never be able to get a good job and therefore never be successful in life.
8. How to Make Friends- This is valuable because if I had never been taught how to make friends then I wouldn't have any and I would probably be a very lonely person.
9. How to Treat Elders- This is valuable to me because if I had not been taught this then I would treat my elders rude and not even know it and I would be seen as rude even though I am not trying to be.
10. How to Shoot a Basketball- This is valuable to me because if I had never been taught this I would be bad at basketball and basketball is my favorite sport and I could not play it.
